Today I listened to my smarter self. The one that writes about prioritizing “want-to” items on the daily “to-do” list. I did my “want-to” first thing in the day, before it got too hot and I got too busy. Before 7 a.m. I was out the door and on my bike for a 50 minute ride. Not long but enough to start the day right.
