While this barricade to Old Town Ellicott City will soon come down, recovery efforts will go on for a long time. Scenes of disasters like this can leave us overwhelmed. But there are things we can do. Right now, meeting basic needs looms large for those who have lost their homes and livelihoods. It’s been pretty amazing to see local residents stepping up to volunteer, with fundraisers and with donations of housing and needed supplies.

I’m inviting you to join Keys to Change in making a difference – and at the same time, to do something for yourself, as well. For the past 6 months or so, I’ve been writing, testing and revising Writing for Well-Being: Guide and Workbook. It has clear directions on 5 writing approaches you can use to improve health, happiness and well-being. So far it’s only been available to my workshop participants and coaching clients. Now it’s available to you.

Through the end of September, all profits from it’s sale go to the Ellicott City Partnership’s Flood Relief Fund. And for that period of time, it’s available for just $6.50. After that, it will be $12.99. Get your copy now!
