This free pop-up writing workshop brings us together for some collective resilience building. In a safe and supportive space, we’ll take part in a brief guided meditation, with time for discussion and private writing.

You won’t be asked to share your writing. You will be able to share your thoughts and experiences if yo wish. You’ll feel calmed, energized and strengthened by taking this hour to step back, re-connect with your inner wisdom, and share your strength and support with others.

As a bonus, I’ll offer distant Reiki afterwards to all who are interested.
