Humor is a great perspective-shifter and a great burnout-neutralizer.

Are you starting to feel burned out at work?

Try this.

  1. Think of the funniest thing that’s happened to you at work.
  2. Write about it.
  3. Make a video of yourself telling the story.
  4. Can you post about it on social media without compromising someone else’s privacy or confidentiality? If so, go ahead!
  5. If not that’s totally ok. Just read what you wrote, or watch your video and let yourself laugh.
  6. Repeat as needed.
