I’ve been thinking more about the whole idea of goals and making plans to reach them.  Such serious business. What if some, or all of your goals were about fun things that you really want to do?  One of mine is to get fit and fast enough this year to ride a century. In case you’re not a bicyclist, a century is a 100 mile ride that you complete in one day. I rode a metric century last summer. That’s a 63 mile ride. So all I have to do is train enough to go 37 miles further than I did that time.  I like bike riding (most of the time!), so this is a fun goal for me.

I have some other fun goals, some that involve taking care of myself in ways I enjoy, others that have to do with making gifts for family and friends. Fun goals are good for us. They enhance health and well-being and can bring pleasure, meaning and discovery into our lives. What are your fun goals?   Get in touch for a free half-hour consultation. Let’s have some fun!
