You like to write for personal development, but it’s hard to carve out the time and get started.  Write Night is here to help! I provide the prompts and facilitation. You get to relax, meet others and write. No one will critique your writing. There’s no pressure. And, you don’t even have to be a good or experienced writer!

Those with little writing experience can benefit, as well as those who write  regularly. Note that this event doesn’t teach writing for publication or for professional reasons. It’s all about personal growth and self-care. Your writing remains private. We reflect on and talk about your the writing experience, not the content.

Benefits: Writing for well-being leads to increased self-understanding and self-expression. Research and experience show that this can improve confidence, mood, physical and mental health, coping skills, and  overall life satisfaction. These outcomes are likely, though not guaranteed!

“Telling a coherent story about what happened gets me from being stuck in feeling to being able to think, understand and get perspective. It’s amazing what a difference that makes. I feel unburdened!”
